from my experience, TH very user friendly. Everything you need is in this pack. Minimal preparation required as all the products are pre-measured and ready for use. then, these products are suitable for vegetarians and those with religious restrictions as well. I hvnt tried dis post natal pakage before therefore i cant tell u if its gd or not but i hv read some positive postings from other mummies who hv used it. So its up to u lor if u wanna giv dis a try.
