I've used TH 4 my 1st BB & will b using it 4 my 2nd BB next year.. It's easy 2 use it actually XCEPT d bengkung subject.. since I din hv a CL last time d xperience is very hard on me..

After taking bath, u need 2 put d yellow pasty paste on ur flabby tummy & a small towel on top of it so it won't stain ur bengkung. There r pros & cons in this matter.   

The pros - u're flabby tummy will shrink faster & at least u won't feel like walking on d moon floating. The cons - if u dun hv anybody 2 takecare of ur bb then it will be hard 4 u 2 untie & tie it everytime u need 2 go 2 d loo as it will be time consuming & all d paste (which has dried up) will be like snowing in d winter. My BB was a light sleeper so can u imagine 2 do those things in spilt second. Nearly got urinary infection becos trying 2 avoid d loo. Gosh....

I read a mommy comment saying dat she got a good production of BM... Sorrie 2 say my case is I nearly dried with limited amt of BM. Got swollen breast but little milk..haiiii..

Anyway it's a good product    & worth 2 try it.. Saw a similiar product from other co... Sendayu Tinggi.. any comment from other mommies who use it before? Really appreciate it..Tks

I received the TH set as gift from a friend. However, I am already half way through my confinement (ie. the usual traditional way). How do I incorporate the TH in my current confinement ? Or can I start the TH program after i finished the current confinement ? Hope anyone who had experience with TH can share... Thanks!

Some users complain that after consuming the herbs in TH their baby gotjaundice wo.... has it really got anything to do with the TH?

How about taking this product together with the herbs we usually consume during chinese confinement? any bad side effects? mummies who have experience pls share...

There's only 1 pc of bengkung in the postnatal care, is it enough? shall i buy more bengkung? where can i get the additional bengkung?

Is your sis an Amway member? If yes then she can order online and ask to be send to her. This is what my upline told me as once a while i need to send some supplements to my mom in Ipoh.

I used the Amway Post Natal set for last confinement too, very convenience. It contain herbs pill and stated can boost the breast milk amount, I glad I got enough bm with it.

The messy is the bengkung herbs, once it dry the powder will drop everywhere when I walk around with it.

Hi all mummies,

May i know how many mummies actually tried this product and is it good? How much is the set? What is the contents of this set? I remembered reading before from old amway catalogue that included in this set is a bengkung which you can use to trim up your tummy. They are some supplements as well but cannot remember what it contains. Hope some mummies will be able to help.
