No, it's my first pregnancy. Was slightly worried bcos ppl mostly experience BH in their last month of pregnancy.

Hmm... seemed like my uterus was planning to exercise for a LONG time, since labor shld    not be for another 5 months -haha

Anyway, I've experimented by drinking more water. Seems to have eased, thanks! Phew

BH contractions are also brought up by dehydration so drink lots of fluids and put your feet up and the BH will let up. if its your 2nd pregnancy, its possible to feel BH this early. as long as you are not cramping, consider it your uterus exercising for labor.

I'm 17 weeks now. For past week, during certain times of the day, i've noticed my uterus area of the belly, tightening for a minute and then slowly relaxing again. Happens most frequently at night when lying down in bed.

When it's involuntarily clenching, my hubby and I can see a hard tight lump slightly above my pelvic area, before it relaxes to become soft again.

Is this Braxton hicks contraction? Is it normal? Am worried.
