I was diagnosed with cervical incompetence 2 weeks ago (at 23 weeks pregnancy) after bleeding some blood clots. After an emergent cerclage (cervical st*tch) placed, I am not put on bedrest for 5 weeks.

It has been complete boredom at home. I cannot do any housework, i miss working out at the gym, I even miss work!! I just eat, sleep and lie down the entire day.

Even after I'm allowed to get back to work next month I'll be confined to desk job and still, no shopping, cleaning and gymming. So much for preparing for birth and getting baby's stuff ready.

this bedrest thing is taking its toll on my mental wellbeing
