Thanks all..less worry about the dark lines on armpit now that you all said it'll go away. When I was about 2 months pregnant, I got 2 dark spots near armpit, facing outward, instead of really on armpit, meaning you can see it when I wear sleeveless and you are standing in front of me. So ugly, and it grew bigger over the months. I thought it was warts/pimples and was about to squeeze it that time, then showed it to my gynae and asked what it was and if it's caused by hormone. What he replied really shocked me. He said "These are n*ppl*s. When you were very small in your mum's uterus, you had lots of small n*ppl*s on your body, but when you were finally developed, you only have 2". So shocked...the little n*ppl*s so ugly la...it really looks like a baby's n*ppl*s, but I see that it's a little bigger than my 4-month-old niece's n*ppl*s, haha....Gynae said it'll go away after delivery also..

i had dark armpits during pregnant & it went away after some time. so dont worry!

Dont worry abt the dark lines under your armpits becos it is due to pregnancy related hormonal changes. You may also notice a dark vertical line running down from your belly button which is called linea nigra. It is known as pregnancy trademark in all mothers-to-be. No matter how hard you scrub, it won't come off but it will fade in weeks after delivery. Meantime, just enjoy your pregnancy and take delight in knowing that you will soon hold your baby in your arms.

don't worry it'll go away, some of my friends got the black line on the neck area too.    it's just a hormonal changing, but if you still worry, you can ask your gynea when you do the routine check up.
