I have 2 sarong slings from Thebabyloft. The baby sling is indispensable. Everywhere I go, I bring along the sling. My boy has been in it since newborn and now at 23th months, he hardly use it anymore but the sling is still strong enough to hold his weight.

Besides carrying baby/ toddler in a baby carrier, i saw some foreigner carrying their babies inside a baby sling (like some Indonesian women do, but they use sarong instead). Does anyone here know where can we find baby sling in Malaysia? any shops?
Hi Normizan,

I've found the sling sold by Moms In Mind to be good. They sell their products online. Thing is, they're located in S'pore. If you know anyone in S'pore, "tumpang" them to buy la.    The site:    http://momsinmind.com/

If u r looking for maya wrap, i.e. sling with a ring, can find here: www.thebabyloft.com

U can also DIY different types of sling (including maya wrap) with instructions here: http://www.kellymom.com/parenting/sling.html

For sling tying instructions, I find this to be especially helpful: www.nandu.hu/English/Practical/babycarrier.htm
