There's this mini mart called Desa Herbs at Taman Desa, Old Klang Road that sells really cheap formula. Apart from baby and toddlers formula milk powder, other household stuff are also very cheap. The shop is situated next to Menara Faber.

try to check out any chinese medicine and sundry shop near your area, usually they sell milk powder at much cheaper price than hypermarket, only thing is you have to pay cash.
i stay in bandar sg long, near cheras, near kajang. i usually get my enfalac A+ from the 3 chinese medicine and sundry shop in bdr sg long itself, just recently there's an increase in price so you can get enfalac A+ around RM49.40 now.
