nothing beats the real fresh greens.

i try to incorporate it into their meals, mostly with soup. cook the veggie in soup till tender (long leaf white cabbage).

i think those in tablets still lack the fibre. so i'll try to buy those veggies they like.

Yeah...I went to the pharmacy and looked at the ingredient...my God! Seems like you take other brand of health food (mostly direct sale one la) so much better leh....

The ingredients mostly chemically produced leh...

my uncle recommended this brand to me, and I even cut the advertisement discount coupon intended to buy.    But I saw the bottle and the look of the gummy bear, there were covered with white spot which looked like sugar, so I was uncertain to buy at that time. And now with yr 1ve feedback, I think I will think twice to get this product.    Thanks.

Hi Liena,

i bought 1 bottle for my girl (4 yo) to try cos she has seen d ads somewhere n she keeps on bugging me to buy. So one day when we were in a pharmacy, she recognize d bottle n she showed it to me. So i took a quick look n it says ......... Gummies with Gardens Vegetables. Oh ok since its quite a 'healthy' gummy, i agreed to buy it. Then when reach home i read d ingredients .... d 1st is SUGAR, GLUCOSE SYRUP n then only all d vege powder. Hhhmmm no wonder my girl likes to eat d gummies cos its laced wz SUGAR!. Furthermore it contains coloring n flavouring!!    So i hv decided not to buy d 2nd bottle for her oredi. Dis is my opinion la.

Actually i am giving my girl multi vits n vit c n calcium tablets frm Amway so dis gummy bears r just some sweet treats for her only la
