By the way, I adapted a recipe from Amy Beh's for the gravy. If you don't mind giving your child chicken stock, then this basic one may do for you:
-Brown 1 tablespoon flour with 2 tablespoon butter.
-Meanwhile, mix half cube of chicken stock with 1 cup boiling water.
-When the flour+butter is sufficiently brown (up to you), add the stock above.
- Simmer for about 5 mins or until gravy is thick enough.
