i used avent bottle, normally i will change every 3 month, sometimes 2 months depend on the teat condition.

If your using avent brand you can change the teat every 3 month as they got teat following the baby month but sometimes the baby need times to get use to the flow of the new teat. If the baby still cannot control the new teat flow which might be faster compare to the past teat then you should change back to the old teat till the baby is get use to the new teat as my girl will get use to the flow of the new teat after 2 weeks .
